What's Happening at BCC

After nearly 11 years of faithful ministry with Bangor Church of Christ, we said farewell to our friends Tim and Marilyn Sipes.  As of August 14, Tim and Marilyn have relocated to Baltimore, MD where Tim will begin a new church planting project with New Churches of Christ Evangelism and Marilyn will continue her work with Wal-Mart.  We wish them all the best and pray for God's blessings on this new chapter in their lives.  Click here for pictures from their open house.  Click here for images from their last Sunday at Bangor.

Let's all go to the zoo!  Families with elementary and pre-school age children are invited to go on a trip to John Ball Zoo in Grand Rapids on Saturday, August 26.  Jeremiah will be taking the church van and car-pooling is encouraged.  We'll leave at about 10:30 AM and be back to Bangor about 5:00 PM.  Cost is $6 for adults, $4 kids 4-12 years, and free for children under 4.  Don't forget to bring a picnic lunch.
